About this role
If you are looking for your next product marketing challenge, we look forward to hearing from you. You have probably worked a few years in B2B product marketing, ideally in a B2B tech company. You are excited to produce product marketing content in collaboration with product and business development teams, be the ambassador for the product, educate audiences about our unique value proposition and facilitate the selling process through marketing campaigns.
You are familiar with creating a product marketing strategy and implementing effective product campaigns to generate business leads. You understand the importance of market positioning, messaging and bringing USPs to life.You are used to working with content management systems, social media platforms, marketing automation software, Google Analytics and SEO.
Ideally you have worked in B2B Marketing for a start-up or a scale-up and have knowledge of the HR industry. You are empathetic, creative, an enthusiast of product marketing and a team player.
Required skills and experience
2-4 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in a tech environment
Proficient in producing and promoting product marketing content
Experience in WordPress, Google Analytics, social media marketing and SEO
Experience using marketing automation tools – we use HubSpot.
Direct experience of setting up, managing and optimising PPC campaigns.
Ability to write effective copy for marketing collaterals, online advertising and e-mail.
A keen eye for design with basic design skills – plus experience of creating and editing video content for social media.
Understanding of B2B strategies and tactics

5App has an innovative start-up culture and a friendly sociable team. We pay competitive salaries based on experience and offer flexible working hours for all staff, including an early finish on a Friday afternoon.
We have transitioned away from our London office to a fully remote working from home model for the foreseeable future, while we make plans for our new workplace in central London. When we do go back to having an office we expect to work from home for 2-3 days per week.
